Billing FAQs

Payment and subscription questions.

Yes. Ed-Heads is a month-to-month subscription. There is no minimum contract period, no cancellation fee, and no notice period required. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your paid month.

Yes. If you subscribe during the Early Adopter period, your rate is locked at KES 2,000/month for as long as you remain subscribed, even after the listed price rises to KES 3,500. This is not a promotional rate that expires. It is your rate.

If you cancel and later resubscribe, your new subscription will be at whatever the current listed price is at that time. The Early Adopter rate is only available to subscriptions that began during the Early Adopter period and have remained continuously active.

Subscriptions are priced per child. Each child requires their own login and their own subscription. Families with multiple children pay KES 2,000 per child per month during the Early Adopter period.

We accept M-Pesa and all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. Your monthly subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.

Login details are delivered by email within one hour of payment. If they do not arrive, please check your spam folder first, then WhatsApp us directly at {{WHATSAPP_NUMBER}}. We resolve login issues the same day.
