Curriculum & Content

What Ed-Heads covers and how it aligns to your child's schoolwork.

Yes. Ed-Heads covers the CBC curriculum for Grades 1–9 and aligns to KCSE Maths and English for Form 1 through Form 4. For students on the IGCSE track, content coverage exceeds 90% across Maths, English, and Science. Your child practises what their school actually teaches.
Ed-Heads covers Maths, English, and Science at all levels, CBC Grades 1–9, KCSE Forms 1–4, and IGCSE Years 7–11. The subscription includes access to all three subjects. There is no per-subject pricing.
Ed-Heads is designed for students aged 5 to 16, from Grade 1 through Form 4 or IGCSE Year 11. The platform adjusts to your child's level as they progress through the curriculum.
No. Ed-Heads is designed to complement your child's schoolwork and any tutoring they receive, not replace either. It fills the 128 hours every week when the school and tutor are not available: evenings, weekends, and holidays. It reinforces what is being taught in school, not a parallel curriculum.
Yes. Full curriculum alignment documents for CBC, KCSE, and IGCSE are available on request. WhatsApp us at {{WHATSAPP_NUMBER}} and we will send them directly to you.
Ed-Heads has over 10,000 curriculum-aligned questions across Maths, English, and Science. The question bank is continuously expanded and updated. Students are very unlikely to run out of practice material at any point during the academic year.

Payments & Subscriptions

How billing works, how to cancel, and what the Early Adopter rate means for you.

Yes. We accept M-Pesa and all major debit and credit cards. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation is instant, no calls, no forms, no penalties.
Yes. If you subscribe during the Early Adopter period, your rate is locked at KES 2,000/month for as long as you remain subscribed, even after the listed price rises to KES 3,500. This is not a promotional period that expires. It is your rate, permanently, as long as your subscription remains active.
Yes. There is no minimum contract period, no cancellation fee, and no notice period required. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue until the end of the paid month. Cancellation is handled online, no calls required.
If you cancel and later resubscribe, your new subscription will be at whatever the current listed price is at that time. The Early Adopter rate is only available to subscriptions that began during the Early Adopter period and have remained continuously active. Once cancelled, the Early Adopter rate cannot be recovered.
Subscriptions are priced per child. Each child requires their own login and their own subscription at KES 2,000/month (Early Adopter rate). There is no family bundle at this time, though we are exploring this for a future update.

The Platform

How to access Ed-Heads, what device to use, and what to expect in the first week.

Within one hour of payment. You will receive an email with your child's login details. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder first, then WhatsApp us directly at {{WHATSAPP_NUMBER}}. We resolve login issues the same day.
Ed-Heads works in any standard web browser, no app to download, no software to install. It works on smartphones, tablets, and laptops. It is optimised for Safaricom 4G data connections and does not require a large data allowance.
After receiving login details by email, your child logs in and chooses a subject. The platform runs a short diagnostic to establish their starting level, then begins presenting questions. Sessions take as little as 10 minutes. By the end of week one, you will receive your first Friday progress report, showing what they practised, their accuracy, and where to focus.
The report is sent by email to the address you registered with at the time of subscription. It is plain-language, easy to read, and covers sessions completed, accuracy by subject, improving topics, and areas needing attention. It arrives automatically every Friday morning without any action from you.
We recommend a minimum of 10–15 minutes per day, 5 days a week. Ed-Heads is most effective when used consistently. The platform is available 24/7, your child can use it before school, after school, at weekends, or during holidays. There is no session limit and no time restriction.
Yes. Ed-Heads tracks every session, which topics were practised, how many questions were answered, accuracy rate, and improvement over time. Your child can close the browser at any point and return later. The platform always picks up exactly where they left off.

Coach Ed

How the AI coaching feature works, and what it does not do.

Coach Ed is an AI-powered study assistant built into the Ed-Heads platform. It activates automatically when your child gets a question wrong. It does not just show the right answer, it explains the correct method step by step, in plain language, until the concept is understood. It then presents a similar question to confirm understanding.
No. Coach Ed is not a general-purpose conversational AI. It is curriculum-specific, subject-specific, and focused entirely on the question your child just got wrong. It cannot be used for general queries or non-educational conversations. This keeps it focused and effective, and safe for children to use independently.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. It is available whenever your child is studying on the Ed-Heads platform. There is no time restriction and no usage limit.
Coach Ed is not designed to replace a tutor, it is designed to fill the 128 hours every week when a tutor is not available. Many families use Ed-Heads alongside tutoring: the tutor provides structured sessions, Coach Ed handles the moments of confusion that arise in between. Many tutors in our partner network say their sessions are more targeted and effective as a result.

For Schools

Institutional adoption, pricing, and how Ed-Heads works at school level.

We offer every school a free 5-student trial with agreed success metrics. After the trial, if the metrics are met, we move to a school-wide agreement with institutional pricing based on student numbers. The trial takes four weeks. The school-wide rollout typically takes one additional week.
No. Once onboarded, Ed-Heads operates automatically. The weekly parent reports are generated and sent without any teacher action. The data dashboard updates itself. Teachers are free to use the dashboard data for lesson planning if they choose, but there is no obligation and no workload requirement.
Schools receive a weekly data dashboard showing student engagement rates by year group and subject, accuracy trends over time, individual student performance summaries, and week-on-week comparison data. The dashboard is accessible to the school's designated administrator at any time, not just on Fridays.
Use the booking form at this link or WhatsApp us directly at {{WHATSAPP_NUMBER}}. A demonstration takes approximately 45 minutes and can be conducted online or in person.
